For centuries, a wonderful initiative has been carried out in theaters and opera houses around the world, first at the Paris Opera House in 1816, followed by Covent Garden in London in 1856 and by La Scala in Milan during the post WW II renovations in 1946. This tradition allows the audience to participate in the establishment and development of cultural institutions by means of "purchasing" hall seats. Those purchasing a seat would mark the event on a small plaque placed on the back of the seat.
The "Nalaga'at" Theater is proud to join this distinguished list of cultural institutions. By ‘purchasing a seat’ in our 330 seat theater hall, you will help us take one further step in the journey we have all set out to accomplish and will become partners of our mission.
"Nalaga'at" Center invites you to ‘purchase a seat’ in the center's theater in your honor or that of your loved one. This donation will be marked on a copper plaque placed on the back of the seat in our theater.
The "Nalaga'at" non-profit organization currently employs over forty blind, deaf and deaf-blind employees. Through the unique venture of the Nalaga’at Cultural and Entertainment Center, "Nalaga'at" aspires to grant its employees an equal opportunity to contribute to society, while delivering an artistic, educational and cultural experience to the audience.
Donation for a single seat: 2500 NIS - Nalaga'at is a fully accredited Israeli non-profit organization. US citizens may download PEF Confirmation Letter (Download)
